I’m so glad you’re here.
I know how it feels to work hard, eat less, and still not see the changes you want, especially after 40. That’s why I created a unique coaching experience. One that honors your body, your season of life, and your desire to feel strong, not stressed.
Eating less and working out more has left so many of us in our 40s feeling stuck, tired, and soft. Not strong, not energized, not confident. Here is how I do things differently.
I don’t believe in restriction, punishment workouts, or chasing smaller. I believe in working with your body through a phased approach that creates real change and keeps it.
How I Coach Differently
We use my STRONG Method, a proven, phased approach that walks you through the 4 stages of body transformation so you can finally see results and sustain them for life.
✔ First, we prime your body- restore your metabolism, support hormones, calm inflammation and stress, and build simple, sustainable habits so your body feels safe to change.
✔ Then, we build muscle — you start fueling properly and lifting with intention to shape your body, increase strength, and boost your metabolism long term.
✔ Next, we burn fat — once your body is prepared, we lower body fat without sacrificing muscle, energy or hormones. No crash diets. No exhaustion. Just a smart deficit with strategy.
✔ Finally, we maintain for life — this is where freedom happens. You learn how to live in your results, enjoy food without fear, travel, socialize, and stay consistent—without ever “starting over” again.
